The dates for the trail are 2nd July to 2nd September 2018.
Where does the trail take place?
This year's trail takes place in Bristol, UK and will showcase lots of iconic locations across the city and surrounding area.
How do I sign up to the Gromit Unleashed e-newsletter?
Please visit www.gromitunleashed.org.uk and fill in your details in the field provided to join our mailing list.
Will there be an exhibition where all sculptures can be seen together?
Yes, an exhibition of all the sculptures will take place in Bristol, after the trail ends. More information regarding dates and ticketing will be added to the website later this year.
Which Aardman character will feature in the new trail in 2018?
Gromit, Wallace and Feathers McGraw will all feature in this year's sculpture trail.
Where will the sculptures be located?
The Gromit Unleashed 2 team is currently working on the locations for the trail, providing a diverse mix of locations across Bristol and beyond. Watch this space over the coming months as location details are announced.
Will there be an app and paper map for this trail?
Yes – an app and a map will be available to help navigate the trail.
I am interested in sponsoring a sculpture. How do I sign up?
I would like to submit a design for the new trail. How do I do this?
The closing date for submitting a design has now passed. The Gromit Unleashed 2 team will announce designs and artists in the run up to the trail.
Will the trail sculptures be available to buy at the end of the event?
Yes, trail sculptures will be auctioned to raise funds for Bristol Children's Hospital and the Special Care Baby Unit. More information will be available on our website later this year.
Can I get involved with fundraising?
Yes! We would love your support to raise as much money as possible for Bristol Children's Hospital and the Special Care Baby Unit. There will be a cracking fundraising pack available on our website over the coming months!
Is there a trail schools programme?
Yes! Our 2018 schools programme invites teachers and children to join in with the Gromit Unleashed trail and create a design for Feathers McGraw. Each school that participates will be provided with a 100cm Feathers McGraw fibreglass sculpture with instructions on how to decorate! Teachers will also be sent a pack full of creative worksheets and lesson plans to get pupils' imaginations brewing. Sculptures are limited and are first come, first serve. Where can I buy official Gromit Unleashed merchandise?
You can buy official Gromit Unleashed merchandise at our Gromit Unleashed shop at The Mall at Cribbs Causeway, and online at www.gromitunleashed.org.uk/shop.
A range of fantastic new merchandise will be released at the start of the Gromit Unleashed 2 trail this Summer. Our flagship store at the Mall at Cribbs Causeway will be the best place to visit to see our full range but you will also be able to find a smaller selection of products at other locations in the city. Further details will be provided closer to start of the event.
Do profits from my purchase go to The Grand Appeal charity?
All profits from sales of our merchandise go to Wallace & Gromit's Grand Appeal, the Bristol Children's Hospital Charity, to help support sick children and babies from Bristol and beyond.
